Om Namah Sivaya! Among some higher courses in September a Thought Power 2 course started, with good attendance. We had a successful Open House. Many new visitors came to the Centre to get to know and to experience Yoga. Highlights of the month were the Poojas for Ganesha Chaturthi and Swami Sivananda’s Birthday. The birthday Pooja attracted many students and teachers. The Altar and Murthis were decorated with an abundance of flowers. The energy was strong, elevating and full of love. Everybody left the Center inspired. Staff and Karma Yogis went for Poster runs for the Open House. Also the new brochure arrived from the printer. It looked good and inspiring. We sent it out with the bulk mailing right away. All are well. OM.

Om Namah Sivaya. By Gods Grace and Masters’ blessings, all went well and smoothly at the Buenos Aires Centre in September. We were with the pleasant presence of Anjaneya from Canada, who after giving the Chair Yoga Course, stayed at the Centre for a few more days. We continued with the study of Bhagavad Gita, with Swami Premananda. He reopened another cycle of the Vedanta Course with Swami Dayananda, and began a Beginners’ Course. There was also the Conquest of Wrath workshop. The Deities and Mythology Course of India began, with Swami Sivapriyananda. By mid-September we received Lily from Uruguay again. She will travel to the Neuquen Centre to help there for 3 months. We continued with the study of Bhagavad Gita with Swami Premananda. We continued with the Vedanta Course with Swami Dayananda. Spring began this month which may have assisted the many people arriving to the Centre to take the Trial Class. We continued with the Course in Mythology and Deities of India, with Swami Sivapriyananda. We hope all of you are well. Pranams. Om.

Om Namah Sivaya from Chengdu. A September highlight was the initiation of the latest TTC course. We opened the Chengdu Centre for only 4 days and focused on packing for TTC and setting up everything at the new location. The annual TTC course in China this time was organized 45 min outside of Chengdu in a Chinese medicine immersion camp. We welcomed 23 eager students and 16 TTC graduates who came for karma yoga but also for TTC refresher. The set up of the accommodations and halls ended with a purification Puja, which built the energy. We were also blessed and grateful as this TTC course started on Swami Sivananda birthday, on Sept 8th. We started with an Akhanda Kirtan for 6 hours and a Guru Puja, attended by all. Swami Sitaramananda taught the main lecture, Swami Narayanananda arrived from Vietnam to teach chanting and the Bhagavad Gita. Swami Adi Parashaktiananda taught Hatha Yoga, assisted by Ganga Chaitanya, from Vietnam. Translators were Chengdu staff: Sivani, Ambika, Saraswati and karma yogi Bodhini. It was good to see the Sivananda community alive in China. Meanwhile, during the TTC, the Chengdu Centre opened from Mondays to Fridays with a reduced schedule, and closed during for the weekends. We then offered a Yoga vacation program at the TTC location. Seven students joined the stress management yoga vacation program, taught by Saraswati and Laksmi as part of their SYHET 800 hour practicum. May Guru’s Grace bless us all. Om Shanti. Om.

Om Namah Sivaya to all Blessed Selves from the Chennai Centre. At the begining of September we held a Ganesha Chaturti, with a Homa and many sweets. Early in the morning, Lord Ganesha was brought from the heart of his devotees to the celebration in the Centre. The Centre also had the Family Yoga event where families joyfully did asanas together. On the 8th September, the Master’s celebration gathered students, visitors and staffs for chanting, archana and lunch. Meanwhile an evening Beginners’ Yoga course started. A Raja Yoga course concluded with an enthusiastic students promising to attend Swami Janardananda’s teach a second part of the course. Regarding the staff, Gripson went home to start his career at the University. We wish the best for him. Another staff, Saju, joined us. Om Namah Sivaya. Greetings from Chicago where there was a slight hint of Autumn in the air in early September. Positive Thinking continued to be a great success with eight engaged and inquisitive students. Natasha, a very regular student, just returned from TTC at the Ranch with spiritual name Narayani. She taught a practice class to staff and will begin teaching regular open classes later in the month. We had an inspiring Satsang on the 8th Sept, discussing Swami Sivananda’s life and his example of service as worship. We also had birthday pie.
By mid-September Swami Satyapremananda arrived t the Centre, leading the Satsangs, sharing inspiring devotional stories and giving a workshop about the proper pronunciation and meaning of the Dhyana Slokah and Maha Mrityunjaya mantras. As always, students were very happy to attend Swamiji’s programs. By Guru’s grace, classes and courses continued steadily. Staff have been doing special Sadhana in preparation for Navaratri, including daily chanting of Sri Lalita Sahasranama and other Devi Bhajans. Om Namah Sivaya from the beautiful DaLat Centre. In September Staff Radhika returned to the Centre after 10 days off. Viveka arrived from the Ashram to stay for 1 month and teach, including an Advanced Asana Course, with 4 eager students. A Y1 Beginners’ Yoga course and a Meditation course continued. For new staff Parvati, Purnima, Karunadevi there was a training for all level class, so they can start to assist. Staff members steadily maintain their Sadhana and maintain good energy at the Centre. We give thanks for Master and Guru’s grace. Om.

Om Namah Sivaya. September was excellent. It started with new Beginner’s Yoga batches on Mondays at 10am and 6:30pm. With all the open classes and special classes doing well we also conduct special workshops regularly every week, including the Prana and Pranayama workshop. The weekend evening meditation course was a success. Along with the regular schedule running smoothly, special events were organized for our Guru, Swami Sivananda-ji’s birthday. We all enthusiastically celebrated his 132nd birthday, doing a Havan in morning and a special Satsang with talent show and bhandara in the evening. The Centre was a marvelous glow with Swamiji’s energy. The talent show was full with students, kids and staff participating enthusiastically. Our Angels’ kids gave us some of their power packed performances. It was wonderful to see so much of energy and love all around. Thanks to the Gurus for creating such a place where we can experience all this, we wholeheartedly thank Sivanandaji.
During September each day seemed like a blessing for us and for everyone joining the Centre’s events and classes. The weekly Saturday Satsang went great with lots of good energy to feel and share amongst all. A free meditation workshop was conducted on Saturdays & Sundays, led by Vijayji. A good number of students attended the class and found it very informative and inspiring. All the staff members were doing their karma yoga at their level best, with the will to improve each passing day. Thank you and good wishes to all the Sivananda community from Dwarka Centre, Delhi. Om Namah Sivaya. September opened with a full schedule of open classes. But we had a long weekend & many people were out of town, so the student count was quite low. It was very inspiring to see many teachers again after the summer break of 2 months. We had a one day retreat on the Salève, with 11 students. We had good weather and did our usual program: 2 Asana classes, Satsang and a nature walk. We celebrated the Puja for Master’s birthday. Many teachers came and we felt uplifted by the positive vibrations of Puja, chanting and words of wisdom from Master Sivananda. OM.

Om Namah Sivaya. In September, with Guru’s Grace, we again had very good attendance and much activity at the Ho Chi Minh Centre. We celebrated Master’s Birthday with a Puja and Satsang. Having just returned from India for a few days, Ganga Chaitanya taught an Advanced Asana workshop for teachers, with six teachers attending, and then left for China to teach the TTC there. One Sunday we had an Open House, taught by Swami Pranavananda, Daya Chaitanya, Mahashakti, Amrita and Janaki, with 40 people attending. A few TTC graduates from the July course continued assisting very regularly, plus began to teach parts of the classes. Some new outside teachers with open class experience also assisted in the Yoga courses.
By mid-September senior teacher and long time staff from India, Narayan ji, came to join the Centre after teaching the Sivananda Yoga Health Educator Training (SYHET) course at the Ashram in Dalat, Vietnam. He taught a workshop for Back Pain with seven students and some staff joining to help translate and learn the subject as well. We had a well-attended Satsang in the evening with 25 people coming. Many SYHET students came to the Centre to complete their “Practicums”, the practice of health education for some volunteer clients. With Guru’s Grace all of the staff, teachers, residents and karma yogis continued to do very well with their Sadhana and were inspired to keep going! We were also happy to continue spreading the wisdom of Yoga follow the teachings of the Master and Guru. Pranams to the Sivananda Family. Om Sri Maha Lakshmyai Namah! Om.

Om Namah Sivaya. God gave us an uplifting month os September and a big family for the Celebration of Master’s birthday, four main Pujas and daily Pujas, led the priest Yaneswara, as well as the purification of the building. Priest Yaneswara stayed with us for a week with his wife Rajeshwari. The London Sivananda Centre family keeps growing. Omkari, Sivapriya, Francesco, Ganga and Jnaneshwari all arrived to support the Centre until the end of the month. Ishwari went back to France after a month of sincere service. The temporary staffs seem to be in tune with the rhythm of the house. We also celebrated Ganesha Chaturti with a powerful a joyful Puja. We also celebrated Rukminis birthday. Swami Jyotirmayananda went back to France. The Centre was grateful for the precious support she gave during her stay. Swamiji guided the staff with many logistic projects and details of the Centre. We conducted beautiful silent walks in the evenings with the TTCs. One Satsang during TTC was on the topic of karma. After the Satsang, the priest did a morning Puja for all deities and Padma gave an lively and interesting lecture, on Yoga and Anatomy, in the evening satsang. For a while each day started and finished perfectly with a Puja: Puja to the Divine Mother, Sudharshana Yantra Puja and on Swami Sivananda’s birthday. The TTC’s and the staff were inspired. The energy of the Pujas and the TTC course carried us all. Guru bhakti remained in the air. The students were grateful with the Centre for giving this opportunity to tune with the energy of Swami Sivananda and his teachings. God gave us powerful mantras, beautiful kirtans, colourful flower’s garland, delicious prasad and a little image of Swami Sivananda with a message for all of us. Parallel to the TTC and the regular activities of the Centre, there was also an Open house, plus, an individual adapted asana class with a student who had a special condition after having a stroke. We also put prana into the planning of the next Centre’s brochure. OM.

Om Namah Sivaya! September was a gift full of light and devotion. We celebrated Ganesha Chathurti with a nice Puja, performed with Madhavi and Radha. As usual, lots of prasad was offering and we all enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at the Centre. Classes continued normally and we started two new groups of beginners. We focused on distributing brochures in our neighborhood and cleaning the Centre. Nirmala prepared a new curtain for the altar. Paola, our secretary, finished her duties in order to dedicate more time to her family and her little baby. Teachers and students organized a little farewell reunion. Gurudev Swami Sivananda’s birthday anniversary was celebrated with a Puja and lots of love. Kanti Devi organized all the details to perform the ritual. She baked delicious cakes to offer and prepared the flowers. Madhavi and Radha performed the ceremony. Madhavi was very sweet in her way to dedicate this Puja to the Master. Teachers and students participated with their heart full of love and thanks. One of the teachers offered a beautiful song in Spanish about the Guru on her guitar. The meditation room became radiant and recharged with a divine energy. We thanked again and again our beloved Gurudev!!!
By mid-September the signs of Spring were arriving with chilly mornings and sunny, warm days. Classes continued as normal. The construction next door to the Centre continued growing, reaching the third story, adding noise and vibration of their machines to the Centre’s activities. We did not repair our walls yet, as some other difficulties presented themselves. Termites had been eating the floor so we started from the basement up, working to remove the main wooden beams to replace with metal. We also emptied our library in order to start this work. Probably we will need to move from the building soon!!!! Durga taught and excellent workshop on Ayurveda. Students were very happy learning some tips to get ready for Spring. The rest of the activities continued normally. May the Grace of Gurudev and Swamiji be upon all of us. Om.

Om Namah Sivaya and Greetings from the Montreal Centre! By the grace of the Masters and all the support of the community, everything ran well at the Montreal Centre. In September the weather was very nice. It was sunny and warm most of the time. The classes and courses ran smoothly. We celebrated Ganesha’s Jayanti with a beautiful Puja, led by Lalita Chaitanya. We welcomed Swami Satyapremananda who will be giving a few programs at the Centre. We all enjoyed a beautiful Puja for Master Swami Sivananda’s birthday. The Satsang was led by Lalita Chaitanya and the Puja by the priest Manju. The Puja was full of positive vibrations and the chanting full of joy and devotion. We were happy to have Swami Satyapremananda and Swami Vairagyananda with us. We also were very fortunate to have Premaji who had the blessing to meet Swami Sivananda at a very young age. She shared some stories and teachings from Master Sivananda. Her talk was very inspiring and full of devotion. Everyone left feeling very happy and grateful.

We were happy to welcome Srinivasan for a special weekend program at the Centre. He led a workshop on Yoga of relationships. The students were very grateful for the experience, they left feeling very happy and inspired. We welcomed Swami Paramananda. He taught the evening yoga class, which was really appreciated by the students, they enjoyed it very much. Srinivasan led the Sunday evening Satsang. He gave an inspiring lecture and we all enjoy an evening full of positive vibrations. We are very grateful for his visit, which brought an uplifting energy to the students and staff at the Centre. By the grace of the masters, everything is well at the Centre. We felt our Guru’s grace guiding us. Pranams to all! Om.

Om Namah Sivaya. In early September we had a TTC-Prep workshop with a good group of very interested TTC candidates. Some of them had already enrolled to one of the next TTCs, while others expressed their intention to do so soon. We also taught a Beginners’ Yoga Intensive course. The participants liked it very much with almost all of them will continuing with Yoga 2. A spiritual highlight was the Puja we performed on the occasion of Master Sivananda’s birthday. Many students attended, showing their devotion and thankfulness and bringing also beautiful flowers and prasad. OM.

Om Namah Sivaya. Greetings from Manhattan, New York City, where by grace, all continued well at the Centre in September. The Centre was closed the first weekend for the Labor Day holiday, and by grace the rest of the week continued well. Marie returned from a weekend with family, and a new session of Yoga 2 started on Tuesday. We are grateful to visiting karma yogis: Bhavani departed on Wednesday, and Parameshwara came from the Ranch for a few days to help with a few maintenance tasks, including replacing the emergency lighting. On Friday, Swami Satyapremananda departed to the Yoga Camp to lead a weekend program, to be followed by visits of a few days each at Montreal, Toronto and Chicago Centres. On Saturday we offered an Open House with good attendance. Srinivasanji and Saraswati arrived from the Yoga Ranch on Sunday, when Srinivasanji led a celebration for Swami Sivananda’s birthday at the evening Satsang; it brought a lively number of attendees and was a great blessing for all.
Around mid-September the hot, summer-like weather returned. The Meditation & Mantras course came to a finish, and the Yoga 1 and Yoga 2 courses continued well. We were very grateful for the help of Karma Yogis, who worked with staff on reorganizing storage for the boutique and the basement. Neeti left for a visit to the Yoga Camp and the Yoga Ranch. Swami Satyapremananda returned to the New York Centre after a visit to the Chicago Centre. She led the Saturday afternoon workshop on Pranayama. We also welcomed Narayana, who visited from the Ranch to do a photo shoot for the Centre. By grace, the shoot went wonderfully, with beautiful weather, good participation by teachers and karma yogis — and a lot of talent, particularly in Narayana as photographer and Mokshapriya as organizer. Staff are well and send best wishes to all for an inspiring Navaratri celebration. May Gurudev’s blessings continue to light our path. Om Namah Sivaya. Early September our Priest and his wife Rajeshwari travelled to the London Centre. Students and Karma Yogis returned from summer vacation, raising the energy of the classes and the Centre. Jean did a photo shoot of the Centre’s entrance for the next brochure. Padmini sent us a few versions of the brochure, with photo options, to be approved by Swami Kailasananda. Sivakami started teaching the Sanskrit Level 3 course to three motivated students. We were happy to welcome Swami Shyamananda who came from Orleans for a day visit. Schools reopened and we had the first yoga class for kids after the summer vacation, led by Narayan, attended by 8 kids, 4 of whom came to try for the first time and enjoyed their class. Swami Shyamananda gave very inspiring Satsang full of prana on the topic of Mind from Bliss Divine. He then left for Austria. He generously shared his prana with us. Narayan finished work on the roof with all faux plafond pieces in place. Sivakami visited the Orleans Ashram a weekend to lead a cooking program. Saraswati, Narayan and Daya were taking good care of the Centre during his absence. We had dynamic Trial day with many students in the Centre. Kaivalya gave the trial class to 25 new students. Many students registered to start a Beginners’ Yoga 1 course after the trial class. She also led the evening Satsang. She read and commented the introduction “The Atman” from the Bliss Divine. It was a very beautiful and inspiring lecture. Narayan went home for a few days to see his father who is ill. Ananda Sylvain arrived to bring some support for few days. Sivakami returned from the Orleans Ashram with lots of prana and guided the staff members in the preparation of the Swami Sivananda Puja. Staff and students did Puja together to celebrate the birthday of Swami Sivananda. We felt the energy and the presence of the Master as we chanted mantras and kirtans. It was a positive week full of energy with the return of the students and teachers at the centre and full of new students curious and motivated to discover the practice of yoga. Ganapati arrived to support the Centre until the end of September. OM.

Om Namah Sivaya, Blessed Selves. September was dedicated to bringing back the teaching materials from the TTC location and organize the Rome Centre again. We did a big clean up before starting the regular activities. Swami Jnaneswariananda travelled back to California. We thanked her for all the help during the TTC and YV courses. We continued with the summer schedule in early September as the classes were small. The evening classes saw more students appearing after a while. We thank the Karma Yogis who helped to organize the Centre and prepare for Master’s Birthday. OM.

We began a new monthly program Family Yoga Night with separate yoga classes for children and their parents. All reunite in the end for pizza. Swami Sivasankariananda to teach at the Yoga Farm for a week and then head to Los Angeles. Mahalakshmi Chaitanya will run San Francisco Centre. We felt the Gurus’ blessings this month. Om Namah Sivaya. In September we welcomed Kanti Devi, acharya and director of the South American Centres and Swami Premananda, director of the Sivananda Centre of Buenos Aires Centre. We prepared the Sao Paulo Centre to receive them, with the love of the gurus. Our next study of the Bhagavad Gita session began.
By mid-September it was still cold, even though it is early spring, but we are still excited and practicing the teaching of the Masters. We started a study of the Bhagavad Gita with students and teachers attending. May the Masters continue to pour prana and harmony onto the Sao Paulo Sivananda Centre. Om Namah Sivaya. September was busy and blessed at the Tel Aviv Centre. A new Yoga for Kids instructors course opened with a large group of very enthusiastic students. A new Beginners’ Yoga 1 and a Positive thinking courses opened and a Beginners’ Yoga 1 course ended. We bid farewell to Swami Brahmananda who went back to the Yoga Retreat. We welcomed Swami Shambhudevananda who arrived from the Bahamas and will stay with us for a few weeks. We celebrated the birthday of Bhargavi Chaitanya with a Puja which was attended by Swami Swaroopananda and Swami Prema Swaroopananda, staff and close devotees of the Centre. She received many gifts and birthday cards as well as cakes, prasads and an inspiring message from the Sivananda Upanishad. September 8th was dedicated to celebrating Swami Sivananda’s birthday. The whole day we enjoyed a festive atmosphere as we prepared prasads and decorated the altar and meditation room. The mantra Om Namo Bhagavate Sivanandaya was playing continuously throughout the day. In the evening we held a special Satsang in which Rukmini Chaitanya told stories about the life of Swami Sivananda. Following that we had a beautiful Puja, many devotees from all over the country came and the energy was high and full of devotion. Swami Swaroopananda gave inspiring teachings about Swami Sivananda and we all felt showered by the Master’s grace and blessings.
By mid-September Swami Shambhudevananda began teaching a 4-day retreat, at the Ashram in Mata, on the topic of Raja Yoga. The retreat was very successful with the students leaving inspired and ending the retreat with many new tools to use for their practice. Back at the Centre, the Teaching Yoga to Seniors course finished. The new teachers came out excited to teach and share the gift of yoga with the senior community. Swami Shumbhudevananda continued his teaching at the Tel Aviv Centre weekly Satsang, on the topic of ‘the nature of the mind’ from teachings by Swami Vishnudevananda. The Tel Aviv taff focused on promoting the fall retreat in October, sending out newsletters, using social media, and calling up eager students who have been waiting to sign up for the annual event. New yoga mats have also been bought for the practice rooms, allowing the students to practice in a more sattvic environment. Other courses and classes went well. May the Master’s grace be with all! Om Namah Sivaya. In September we performed Puja for celebrating the 132nd birthday anniversary of Gurudev Swami Sivananda. Despite the typhoon approaching Tokyo, many students joined us for the celebration offering gratitude for blessing and grace of Guru. A 3-day Jyotish Course for Beginners was held, taught by Keiko Ito. The students learned deeply about not only astrology but also relationship between Jyotish and Yoga, and what is karma, etc. A mala bead-making workshop was given one Saturday in which we shared the japa meditation techniques to aid in practicing meditation regularly. By mid-September Swami Sitaramananda gave an online Satsang one Sunday, in which 22 students joined us for listening to Swamiji’s talk. On the same day, we offered the Yoga 1 & Yoga 2 Intensive Retreat program, designed for beginners. Many of the students participated in the online Satsang and were inspired by Swamiji. Mirabai returned back from the Da Lat Ashram, having completed her service to the tour for Japanese participants. Om Shanti, Shanti, Shantihi. Om.
Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Om Namah Sivaya. In September we started several new yoga courses. Saraswati also started a Meditation course and Maheswari started a Mind, Its Mysteries and Control course. We welcomed Swami Satyapremananda who gave Satsang and offered a very well appreciated workshop – Yoga for Mental Wellness. Group of teens from the Toronto Sick Kids hospital started series of classes offered at the Sivananda Centre throughout this fall.
By mid-September we used few last days of official summer to clean up the garden. Veena taught an Introduction to Ayurveda course. We had a teachers meeting, with around forty teachers in attendance. The day started with a Puja and some karma yoga throughout the Centre, followed by a class and meeting discussing current teaching matters, suggestions and feedback. We ended the day with nice meal and everyone left inspired. All are well. We send Om Namo Narayanaya to everyone. Pranams. Om.
Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Trivandrum, Kerala, India
Om Namah Sivaya. Pranams to all from gods own country Trivandrum Centre. The city is full flow for celebrating its main festivals Onam which will go for 10 days from 10th of September. We had pre Onam Celebration with all our outside teachers and staffs in the Centre as well as some of our well wishers. We thanked Natraj ji and Kalyani ji to find time from their busy schedule to be part of Program. The Program started with initial prayer and lamp lightening by Natraj ji. Thereafter we had some games and followed by typical Kerala Sadhya for all. We started an evening Beginners’ Yoga course. All other regular classes continued well. We had our weekly Devi Puja. A special Guru Pada Puja was conducted by our priest for Master Sivananda’s birthday. After Puja, prasad was distributed to all. Evening Satsangs were led by Yashpal. All are good, with Masters blessings.
By mid-September students returned after a long Onam holiday. All classes went smoothly. We started a new morning Beginners’ Yoga batch. We had a Ganapathy Homa on the the 1st day of new Malayalam month, removing all the negativity, obstacles and purified the atmosphere with divine energy. All our staff, including some outside teachers and students, represented the Sivananda Organization to be part of Global Climate Strike held in KanakaKunnu palace. It was a mega event happening in a different part of India. All is well from Trivandrum. We pray for one and all’s health in large the Sivananda family. Om Shanti, Shanti, Shantihi. Om.
Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Vienna, Austria
Om Namah Sivaya. In September a Y2, Y3, Y14 and Y76 started. Students were happy to be back at the Vienna Centre after the summer and to continue their practice. The autumn brochure arrived from the printer and the mailing was prepared. We also received “The Great Vision” book as well as the new Yoga Life. Both were displayed at the reception, awakening interest and inspiring students. Swami Mangalananda arrived from the Retreat House Ashram to support the Vienna Centre. Ganesha’s Birthday was celebrated with a nice group of close students and teachers. Students brought a nice Prasad and everybody was inspired by Ganesha’s energy and his support to remove obstacles. Another highlight was the celebration of Master Swami Sivananda’s birthday on the 8th September. Students came with flowers, a beautiful garland and a lovely Prasad. Everyone enjoyed the ceremony. The altar was a sea of flowers, radiating peace and bliss. OM.
Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Vilnuis, Lithuania
Om Namah Sivaya. In September students returned back from their vacations to their yoga practice, so the numbers increased over the month. There was more prana in the Centre. A nice Beginners’ Yoga 1 course started with 11 students. 10 students attended the Senior Yoga classes. They were very happy with the practice so they ask for a second class each week. Our yoga teachers take care of the Center fully: teaching, shopping, cleaning and so on. Mother Parvati is fully dedicated, coming to the Centre every day and looking after all things and organizing the teachers schedules. The celebration of the Master Sami Sivananda’s birthday during Satsang was a highlight this month. Teacher Vani Devi made a beautiful garland from the rose petals. There was Archanam, chanting and prayers, all creating a very special atmosphere and feeling of the presence of the Master’s energy and support. OM.

Glossary
MOKSHA [Sanskrit]: Liberation; freedom from transmigration; liberation.
The term, Moksha, is particularly applied to the liberation from the bondage of Karma and the wheel of birth and death.
KAIVALYA MOKSHA [Sanskrit]: Final emancipation. Isolated freedom.
At this stage the Jnani at once reaches Jivanmukti, the state of becoming one with Brahman, while living. Kaivalya Moksha is also called Pralaya.
