In the asana classes we gave more explanations, demonstrations, and corrections. In lectures and Satsangs we focused on the main principles of yogic teachings. We began the month with a very inspiring week filled with different activities, devotional practices and uplifting experiences. The Berlin Centre yoga courses, classes and Satsangs continued as usual, with the addition of new Yoga 125 and Yoga 1 courses in early October. This past month of October brought the magical colours of the Indian summer at the yoga Camp in Canada and in most of the northern hemisphere.
