Hatha Yoga Tip DEEP LUNGE - All levels Stand with your feet wide apart and your hands clasped loosely behind your back. Turn your left foot out and bend your left knee until you are in a deep lunge. Lower your head to the floor inside your left foot and raise your hands behind your head as high as possible. Hold the pose for 30 seconds. Repeat for the right side.
