CANDLE – Intermediate – Advanced
Starting from shoulder stand, slowly lift right arm off the ground and place the right hand onto the front of the right thigh, arm straight. Balance, then, lift left arm to thigh. Keep the balance on the shoulders, neck and head. Hold for up to 1 minute. Slowly return the arms and support the back, lowering down from shoulder stand.
